What We Do
Hands of Mothers (Manos de Madres) empowers vulnerable women around the world to develop their own businesses for sustainable income and resilience.
We provide skills training, business coaching, micro loans, and market linkage support to vulnerable and viable women and young adults with promising business ideas and demonstrated drive.
Hands of Mothers has supported over 600 women to launch and sustain businesses in Honduras, South Africa, and Rwanda. With their increased income, these women and their more than 3,000 children have enjoyed improved nutrition, health, housing, and education. We have provided the tools but the women have contributed their strength and courage.
